Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, occasion, preferred date, guest estimate, estimated total budget, design preferences and any message, reference images or optional phone number you provide. Undecided details can be left undecided where the form permits.

Ingredient or allergen notes are optional. Please share only what Mary needs to discuss your order; do not send medical records, identity documents, payment card details or unrelated sensitive information. Avoid uploading identifiable photos of other people unless you have permission to share them.

Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser and device signals, requested pages, timestamps and security events. The website uses an IP-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions and stores submission references and administrative activity for reliability and security.

How we use information

We use your information to review your inquiry, discuss availability, ingredients and design, prepare a manual quote, communicate with you and manage an agreed order. We also use relevant records to prevent abuse, resolve problems, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry is not consent to advertising emails. The website does not enroll you in a marketing list. When enabled, automated messages concern your inquiry; a receipt does not confirm an order or reserve a date.

Reference images and public work

Customer reference images are stored privately for inquiry and order discussions. We do not publish them in the website gallery without separate permission. Please upload only material you are entitled to share. Reference images communicate preferences and do not guarantee an exact reproduction of another creator’s design.

Service providers and disclosures

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and image storage, abuse prevention and administrator authentication. A verified email provider, when configured, processes contact details and message content to send inquiry notifications and receipts. The mail services you or Mary use also process your correspondence. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose relevant information to comply with law or valid legal requests, protect people and the business, or respond to fraud and security incidents. We do not publish customer contact details or inquiry notes.

Cookies and tracking choices

An essential receipt cookie allows your browser to view its inquiry acknowledgment for up to 30 minutes. Cloudflare Access uses authentication cookies for protected pages; the current session duration is up to 24 hours. Security services may also use essential browser information to prevent abuse. Blocking necessary cookies or scripts may prevent protected pages or the inquiry form from working.

The website does not use advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. It does not track your browsing across other websites for advertising. It does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal. Because we do not sell information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change those practices.

Retention and security

Inquiry and order records are retained as reasonably needed to respond, manage agreed orders, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention is reviewed manually; there is no fixed automatic deletion period for inquiry records. Records no longer needed should be deleted, subject to applicable obligations. Security and audit records, and copies in backups or email systems, may have different retention periods.

We use access controls and private image storage to help protect information. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. We will address security incidents and provide notifications when applicable law requires them.

Your requests and choices

You may contact Mary to ask what inquiry information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity using information related to your inquiry. Applicable law may provide additional rights or require us to retain certain records. We will explain relevant limitations and handle requests as required by applicable law.

You can choose to contact Mary by email or phone instead of using the form. Please do not email passwords or payment card details.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging celebrations, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact Mary so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We will post revisions on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
