Submitting an inquiry does not confirm your order or reserve your date. Your order is confirmed only after the details and payment arrangements have been agreed with Mary. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your inquiry only.

Design, availability and your quote

Share your occasion, preferred date, guest estimate, estimated total budget and design ideas. Mary confirms the available products, ingredients, quantities, presentation, date and final quote personally. Your budget is a planning preference, not an automatically calculated price.

Collection descriptions and concept images are starting points for discussion. AI concept images are labeled and do not show completed customer orders. Handmade finishes may vary; any important design details should be agreed with Mary before confirmation.

Ingredients and allergens

Discuss ingredient, dietary and allergen concerns with Mary before agreeing to an order. The website does not promise allergen-free preparation or the absence of cross-contact. Do not assume a product is suitable for a particular allergy based on its name or image.

Payment arrangements

Payment is arranged directly with Mary through an agreed off-site method. This website does not collect card details or take payments. Before you pay, confirm the final amount, any applicable taxes or agreed charges, the payment schedule and the order details with Mary. No payment provider or standard deposit percentage is established on this website.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Ask Mary about changes or cancellation as soon as your plans change. Availability, work already undertaken and materials committed may affect what can be accommodated. Any cancellation terms, applicable charges, deposit treatment and refund arrangements must be disclosed and agreed before payment; this page does not establish an automatic fee or blanket non-refundable policy.

If there is a problem with an agreed order, contact Mary to discuss it. Nothing in these ordering details excludes rights or remedies that applicable law provides.

Appointments and collection

By appointment only. No walk-ins. Mary provides visit and collection arrangements after confirmation. Confirm the collection time and any care or transport instructions directly with Mary. Business scheduling uses America/Chicago time.

The website does not offer nationwide shipping. Any other fulfillment arrangements must be discussed and expressly agreed with Mary; do not assume delivery is included.
